Introduction

The FSP500-BC36V12A is a 500W compact fast charger designed for 10S lithium battery packs, delivering 36V at up to 12A. Built for Light Electric Vehicles (LEVs) and mobile automation platforms including e-bikes, e-scooters, AGVs, and e-forklifts, it combines a universal AC input (90–264Vac) with a fully enclosed fanless design for straightforward global deployment. Onboard CC/CV charging and a six-layer hardware protection suite, covering OCP, OVP, OTP, SCP, reverse polarity, and timing protection, support safe unattended operation without additional external control circuitry. A CAN communication option is available for system-level integration. Active surface temperature control keeps the charger matching maximum power output under different ambient conditions for optimized performance.

The FSP500-BC36V12A uses a 90° right-angle connector on the DC output cable, allowing the cable to turn immediately and route close to the charger side.
